This exhibition of rarely seen works on paper is drawn from the Butler permanent collection, and is presented as a part of the Institutes celebration of
African-American History Month. Also on view with this show is a recently acquired collection of books, a
reprint of the Audubon elephant folios. These rare books were a recent gift to the Butlers Hopper Library.
